Family Forum: Speak Up!

In March 2002, The Joint Commission, together with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, launched a national campaign to urge patients to take a role in preventing health care errors by becoming active, involved and informed participants on the health care team. Braintree Rehabilitation Hospital facilitates monthly discussions to assist you with the following:

  • Know your rights
  • Identify your follow-up care needs
  • Educate yourself on your diagnosis and treatments
  • Speak up, if you have questions or concerns

Join Braintree Rehab’s Patient Advocate on the fourth Friday of each month from 4:30-6:00pm in the Main Lobby (250 Pond Street, Braintree). Refreshments are served.
