Post-Offer Screening

Post offer screening is a test that includes a musculoskeletal exam and strength test based on the essential functions of a specific job. The test compliments a physician's medical exam by adding the additional component of making sure the individual is physically strong enough to handle the day to day rigors of the job. Post offer screening is both ADA and EEOC compliant.
