From South Shore / Cape Cod:
Follow Route 3 North. Take exit 17 and follow the rotary. Take your third exit off the rotary (South Braintree). Continue straight through the traffic light, up the hill and turn left at the next light onto Washington Street. At the next intersection/ Traffic light turn right on to Central Avenue. At the end of the road, turn left onto Route 37 South. Follow Route to 37 South until you see a large white church on your right, which marks the entrance to Pond Street. Turn right on a Pond Street. The hospital is located approximately ˝ mi. ahead on your left.

From Fall River / New Bedford:
Follow Route 24 North to end. Bear right onto Route 128 toward Braintree / Cape Cod. Take exit 6 to Route 37 South and follow the Route 37 South. Follow Rt. 37 South for almost 1 mile until you reach a five way intersection- Braintree Five Corners. Bear left (not a sharp left) at this intersection, keeping Jimbo's Restaurant on your left and Bertucci's on your right. Stay on Route 37 South until you see a large white church on your right. Turn right onto Pond Street. Braintree Hospital is located approximately ˝ mile down on your left.

FOLLOW ROUTE 37 SOUTH for almost 1 mile until you reach a five way intersection- "Braintree Five Corners". At this five-way intersection bear right (not a sharp right) keep Bertucci's on your left and Dunkin Donuts on your right, this is Granite Street. Go about 1/2 mile. The Center is located in the Granite Plaza (with Burlington Coat Factory), we are to the left of Applebees.

From Cape Cod / South Shore:
Follow Route 3 North. Take exit 17 and follow the rotary. Take your third exit off the rotary (South Braintree). Exit Route 128 onto Route 135 West. Proceed west through Needham and Wellesley. After entering Natick at first set of lights turn left onto Union Street. Hospital is on the right.

From Route 9:
Exit Route 9 onto Route 27 South (Natick) to Downtown Natick. Turn left onto Route 135 East. At next set of lights turn right onto Union Street. Hospital will be on right.

From Mass Pike:
Take Exit 13 (Route 30 Natick). Bear left onto Route 30 East. Take a right onto Route 27 South to Downtown Natick. Take a left onto Route 135 East. At next set of lights turn onto Union Street. Hospital is on the right.

From Route 3 Braintree:
Exit 16 to Route 18 South; follow about 6 miles, cross Route 139. Clinic is about Ľ of a mile on the left.

From Bridgewater South:
Take Route 18 to Abington. Cross over Route 123. The Clinic is about 1 mile on the right, across from Brockton Credit Union.

From Route 24 North / South:
Take Exit 17A (Route 123 Brockton East), go through 6 sets of lights to 500 Belmont Street, a brick building. Turn right into the parking lot. We are located behind the building.

From Boston:
Follow Route 93 South (also known as the Southeast Expressway). At the Route 93 and Route 3 split, bear right toward Dedham (do not bear left toward Braintree / Cape Cod). Take exit 6 toward Route 37 South. Follow Rt. 37 South: for almost 1 mile until you reach a five way intersection- Braintree Five Corners. Just before the next traffic light, turn right onto Baystate Drive (Baystate Industrial Park). We are the first building down on the left.

Follow Route 24 North to end. Bear right onto Route 128 toward Braintree / Cape Cod. Take exit 6 to Route 37 South. Follow Rt. 37 South directions above: (From Boston)

From the Lower Cape:
Take Route 6 to Exit 7 (Willow Street). Take LEFT off the ramp onto Willow Street. Continue to the lights at Route 28. Cross Route 28, bear LEFT onto Camp Street. Continue on Camp St. to the end at Main Street. Take a RIGHT onto Main St. through Hyannis, approximately 1.5 miles. You will come to the West End Rotary. Take third leg onto North Street. About ˝ mile of left you will see Village Market Place. Take LEFT onto Steven's Street, then RIGHT into parking lot. We are on the first floor, to the far right of the building. Enter through the automatic door.

From the Sagamore Bridge:
Take Route 6 (the Mid-Cape Highway) to exit 6. Take RIGHT off ramp onto Route 132. At 1.5 miles, take RIGHT onto Bearse's Way (at the second set of lights) the "Hyannis West End". Cross Route 28. Bear RIGHT at the skating rink onto Bassett Lane. Take a RIGHT at the light onto North Street. Take next RIGHT onto Steven's Street, then RIGHT into our parking lot. We are on the first floor, to the far right of the building.

From Falmouth/Centerville:
Take Route 28 East through the Centerville lights. Take RIGHT onto West Main Street. Drive 2 miles through 2 sets of lights, past the Melody Tent to the West End Rotary. Take 3rd RIGHT off of the rotary onto North Street. About ˝ mile on your left is the Village Market Place. Take that LEFT onto Steven's Street, then RIGHT into our parking lot.

From Route 128 North:
Take Exit 42 (Salem Street, Montrose exit). Turn left at the stop sign. Follow this road for approximately 1/2 mile. The Center is located on the left, across from the Sunrise Assisted Living Center, on the first floor of Building A.

From Route 128 South:
Take Exit 42 (Salem Street, Montrose exit). Turn left off of the exit ramp, following the Salem Street sign. At the end of street, turn left again. The Center is located 4/10 of a mile on the left, across from the Sunrise Assisted Living Center, on the first floor of Building A.

From the South:
Take I-495 NORTH. Take exit #19/RT-109 toward MILFORD. Turn LEFT on MEDWAY ST [RT-109] - go 0.7 mi. Turn Left on BIRCH ST (near Maria's Restaurant) - go 0.4 mi. Turn right into Birchwood Business Park. Building A is on the Right. Follow up and around the back of Building A.

From the North:
I-495 SOUTH. Take exit #19/RT-109 onto MEDWAY ST [RT-109] toward MILFORD - go 0.8 mi. Turn Left on BIRCH ST (near Maria's Restaurant) - go 0.4 mi. Turn right into Birchwood Business Park. Building A is on the Right. Follow Braintree Rehabilitation Hospital Outpatient signs up and around the back of Building A.

From Milford Center:
Take Main Street (RT-16) East. Main Street turns into East Main Street (RT-16).Bear Right onto Medway Street (RT-109) - go 0.4 miles. Turn Right on BIRCH ST (near Maria's Restaurant) - go 0.4 mi. Turn right into Birchwood Business Park. Building A is on the Right. Follow Braintree Rehabilitation Hospital Outpatient signs up and around the back of Building A.

New England Rehabilitation at Southcoast Wellness Center

250 Faunce Corner Road, North Dartmouth, MA 02747

From the Boston Area:
Route 24 South to Route 140 South to Route 195 West then take exit 12B (Faunce Corner Road). We are the first building on the left after you exit the off ramp.

From the Providence Area:
Route 95 North to Route 195 East. Take exit 12 and turn left at end of ramp. We are the first building on the left.

From Route 3 South:
TAKE EXIT 9: At end of exit, take left, onto Rt. 3A South toward No. Plymouth. Continue straight for 2 miles to Cordage Park on your left. Enter driveway and bear left. Go between the buildings bearing right behind the buildings, at the stop sign take a right. The Center is the first building on the left.

From Route 44 East:
Follow Route 44 East until you see the signs for Route 3 North. Take Exit 9. Follow directions above from Route 3 South.

From Route 3 North:
TAKE EXIT 6. Bear right toward Plymouth Center. Follow for 1.5 miles, at full lights take left onto Court St. (Rt. 3A North) and at 2nd set of lights take right into Cordage Park. Enter driveway and bear left. Go between the buildings bearing right behind the buildings, at the stop sign take a right. The Center is the first building on the left.

From Route 93 North and Route 128 South: Head toward Cape Cod. Take Exit 18.

From Route 3 North: Take Exit 19.

From Exits 18 and 19:
Stay in far left lane, following "T Station/Quincy Center" sign. Turn left at first traffic light onto Centre St. Take first left onto Crown Colony Drive. Last building on right is 2300. Park in the back of the building and use the rear entrance. We are the first office on the right.

Take Exit 8. Turn left onto South Main Street. Turn right into Shaw's Plaza. The Center is located in between the market and the movie theater.

Take Exit 8. Turn right onto South Main Street. Turn right into Shaw's Plaza. The Center is located in between the market and the movie theater.

From Route 24 North or South:
Take the Route 44, Exit 13B, going toward Taunton. At the bottom of the exit ramp, follow Route 44 West. Shortly after entering Taunton, watch for the Cutter Place sign next door to the 99 Restaurant. The Center is located on the right as you enter the driveway.

From Taunton Center:
Follow Route 44 East toward Middleboro. The Center is located on the left, just before the Route 104 cut off. Watch for the Cutter Place sign next door to the 99 Restaurant. The Center is located on the right as you enter the driveway.
